【Abstract】 An experiment on Bougavillea spectabilis was done with six different kinds of substractes. So as to search the effect on the growth of Bougavillea spectabilis. The result showed that: Different substrtes have different effect on the survival-rate and other characters. The rooting-rate of the cuttage in pearl is the best, the mircture of vermiculite and pearl is better; The number. The length, the weighth of roots have been test. Those showed that pearl is the best. According to the test of the content of chlorophlll, soluble sugar, protine nitrate reduce activity of the leaves, it showed that vermiculite is the best in those characters. On the whole, pearl and vermiculite have an better effect on the growing of cutting in Bougavillea spectabilis.更多还原
