【摘要】 社会产品和服务分为公共产品和私人产品 ,公共产品满足社会公共需要 ,私人产品满足私人个别需要 ,传统理论认为公共产品是不能通过市场有效提供的 ,或者说市场在提供公共产品上是失灵的 ,但随着社会技术的发展和制度的创新与完善 ,越来越多的私人投资涉及公共产品领域。本文试图从理论上和实践上给出公共产品私人供给的必要性和可能性 ,并分析了我国公共产品私人供给的现实性。更多还原
