雄蚕杂交种的饲养标准技术研究 4.四龄起蚕高温冲击对雄蚕生长发育的影响

【摘要】 夏华×平8稚蚕期用高温、雄蚕饲育标准和常规二回育饲育标准饲养,4龄起蚕开始同时进行32℃、90%高温多湿冲击至5龄第4天,调查其发育情况、眠蚕体重、产茧量、结茧率和死笼率等,结果稚蚕高温适叶和雄蚕标准的适叶区表现最好,为雄蚕饲育技术标准的制定提供了参考依据。

【Abstract】 The male silkworm hybrid,Xiahua×Pin8,was reared under high temperature during young larva stage,and reared under high temperature of32℃and RH of90%during1st day of4th day of5th instar.The development of larvae,body weight of moulter,rate of dead worm,cocoon,cocooning percent and cocoon yield were tested.The result during young larva stage and standard techniques during grown larva stage,which could be for reference of making technical standard for male silkworm rearing.
