线性测量系统输入频带宽度的测量不确定度评定

【摘要】 介绍了用稳幅正弦波激励法评价线性测量系统输入频带宽度指标时的不确定度分析和评价过程.讨论了主要的不确定度来源,包括信号源频率误差、幅度误差、线性测量系统幅度测量误差、频带边缘点处增益随频率变化率的影响等等,给出了减小不确定度的主要措施.并结合一个实例,给出了频带宽度的不确定度评价结果.

【Abstract】 It is described that the uncertainty of evaluation results of linear measurement bandwidth system using the sine wave input method, including the courses of analysis and evaluation of uncertainty of it. Some error sources of bandwidth evaluation are discussed, including the signal amplitude errors, the signal frequency errors, the amplitude measuring error, the effect of the slope of gainfrequency curve, and the others. The uncertainty of bandwidth of linear measurement systems is given out, and several main methods for decreasing the bandwidth evaluation errors and evaluation uncertainty have been proposed. In an experimental example the analysis and uncertainty evaluation results of bandwidth by using the method are presented.
