用于直升机旋翼试验的多功能测试系统及应用
Development of Dynamic Data Acquisition and Processing System for Helicopter Rotor Model Experiments and Its Application
【摘要】 研制了一套用于直升机旋翼模型试验的多功能动态采集分析系统 .该系统的硬件采用较先进的采保和重复外触发技术 ,软件采用模块化结构 .简要地介绍了该动态系统的设计思想和技术关键 ,较详细地描述了系统的结构和特点 ,并给出了该系统在两个不同旋翼模型试验中的应用实例 .结果表明 ,该动态采集分析系统具有采样速率快、精度高、运行方便等特点 ,可较好地满足旋翼模型试验的动态数据采集与分析的要求
【Abstract】 A set of multi function dynamic data acquisition and processing system is developed for helicopter rotor model experiments. The system features the advanced sample hold technique and repeating external trigger model in hardware design as well as the module structure in software design. The design ideas of the system are briefly instroduced and its structure and characteristic are described in detail. The application examples of the system to two different rotor model experiments have been presented. Its characteristics of fast sample rate, high accuracy and convenient operation are demonstrated. It is shown that the data acquisition and processing system is well suitable for dynamic data acquisition and analysis in helicopter rotor model experiments.
