【摘要】 尝试探讨对中国城市化发展的约束因素 ,分析在改革这些因素时可能会遇到的两难的冲突 ,探寻城市化的一些内在规律。指出 ,城市化进程与人口、资源、分工演进之间有着必然的正或负的相关关系 ,现代城市化理论当务之急就是发展一种能合理解释上述诸因素相互两难冲突的发展理论 ,以帮助我们判断分析我国城市化的现状 ,并制定出有针对性的政策。现代经济增长及分工演进理论为我们理解城市化进程中的两难冲突提供了可能 ,同时指出了解决这一冲突的可能的方向。特别强调 ,在我国 ,人口 (户籍约束 )、资源(土地制度 )与城市化 (分工演进 )之间的两难冲突已到了令人担忧的地步更多还原

【Abstract】 The constrains for the development of urbanization in China are discussed and conflicts appeared in the reform of these factors as well as internal laws analyzed. The direction for solutions are provided for instance in the areas of urban registration system, land resources control and urbanization process which still worrying the society. An approach of modern economics growth and division of labor can help relax the conflicts in urbanization. The pressing for the time being is to establish a new theory explaining the conflicts. It is emphasized that the conflicts in population (household registration), resources (land ownership system) and urbanization has become a serious problem.更多还原
