【Abstract】 The new concept of urbanization this paper advanced means overall arrangement of urban_rural resources to prefectural city with goal of raising urbanization of the whole city and overcoming the urban_rural dual structure. Kunshan’s experience should be focused on it’s solving the problems arising from "Agriculture Rural Area Peasant" in the process of urbanization.
