【摘要】 概述了互联网的发展及网络高等教育的现状,在此基础上指明应该从互联网的发展来看待刚刚起步的网络高等教育,网络高等教育的前景十分美好.

【Abstract】 The development of internet and higher education on internet are briefly summarized.Then the future of higher education on internet is considered from the perspective of the development of internet,so as to prove a good prospect of higher education on internet.
