【摘要】 文档统一管理是提高档案综合管理水平的重要途径 ,是文书处理和档案管理有机结合的整体 ,它减少了工作中的重复环节 ,是新时期办公自动化的发展趋势
【Abstract】 Documents’ unified management is an important way of improving the level of files’ comprehensive ma- nagement.And it is also a whole of the organic combination of the writer’s dispose and the files’ management.It reduced the repeating links in the work.And it is the developing tendency of the office modernism in new days.
