Al对原位自生Ti基复合材料中TiB晶须增强相生成的作用
The Effect of Al on TiB Generation in In-situ TMCs
【摘要】 借助于X射线衍射(XRD),差示量热分析(DSC)以及扫描电镜(SEM)研究了Al对Ti基复合材料中TiB晶须增强相生成的作用。研究结果表明:无论在Ti-B体系,还是在Ti-B-Al体系中,生成的增强相均为TiB,Al的加入并没有导致新相的产生;Ti-B体系中加入Al后,促进了TiB的生成反应,使TiB的初始生成温度从1262℃降低到856℃;并且TiB增强相得以细化,分布均匀。
【Abstract】 By means of XRD,DSC,SEM,the effect of the Al on the generation of TiB whisk er in in-situ TMCs has been studied.T he results show that the reinforcement phase is TiB in Ti-B-Al system and Ti-B system;the doping of the Al promotes the gen eration reaction of TiB and decreases the initial temperature o f TiB generation from 1262℃to 856℃.T he TiB whiskers formed are very fine a nd their distribution is uniform.
