TiN涂层微观组织结构与表面性能的研究

【摘要】 不同沉积工艺得到的TiN涂层高速钢的物相主次不同 ,晶粒取向亦不同 ;通过实验分析得到以(111)晶面择优取向的试件表面原子密度最高 ,表面能亦最高 ,其耐磨性亦最好。

【Abstract】 Based on the different deposition conditions, the metallography and crystal tropism of TiN coating steel are different. The atomic density and surface energy on facet(111) are the largest and the wear-resistance is the best.
