纳米润滑添加剂的润滑自修复效应

【摘要】 采用湿式机械化学法制备纳米铜并对其进行二次化学修饰,使其稳定地分散在基础油中;获得了自修复纳米润滑添加剂NT1。用透射电镜观察了纳米铜的表面形貌;用XP销 盘试验机考察了NT1的摩擦学性能。试验结果表明:自修复纳米润滑添加剂具有良好的分散稳定性、抗磨性和自修复性。

【Abstract】 The nanocopper was prepared by mechanical abrasive method and steadily dispersed in base oil by secondary chemical modification.Selfrepairing nanolubricative additive NT1 was prepared by chemical emulsification, and its morphology and tribological characteristics were studied. Experimental results showed that the additive had excellent dispersing- stability, abrasion resistance and selfrepairing.
