纳米润滑添加剂的润滑自修复效应
Preparing of Self Repairing Nano-Lubricative Additive and Its Tribological Characteristics
【摘要】 采用湿式机械化学法制备纳米铜并对其进行二次化学修饰,使其稳定地分散在基础油中;获得了自修复纳米润滑添加剂NT1。用透射电镜观察了纳米铜的表面形貌;用XP销 盘试验机考察了NT1的摩擦学性能。试验结果表明:自修复纳米润滑添加剂具有良好的分散稳定性、抗磨性和自修复性。
【Abstract】 The nanocopper was prepared by mechanical abrasive method and steadily dispersed in base oil by secondary chemical modification.Selfrepairing nanolubricative additive NT1 was prepared by chemical emulsification, and its morphology and tribological characteristics were studied. Experimental results showed that the additive had excellent dispersing- stability, abrasion resistance and selfrepairing.
