【摘要】 目的探讨外伤性脑室内出血的治疗方法。方法回顾性分析42例外伤性脑室内出血的临床表现,影像学改变及所采用的治疗方法,并取得相应资料。结果全组病例根据GOS评定:愈后良好19例,中残6例,重残4例,植物生存1例,死亡12例。结论外伤性脑室内出血选择手术治疗方式,应根据影像学改变.必要时脑室内注入尿激酶治疗可获得较好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the treatment of 42 cases of traumatic intraventricular hemorrhage (TIVH). Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical manifestations, the changes of CT scan and the respective therapies in the 42 TIVH cases. Results All the cases were evaluated with GOS at discharge: 19 cases were good recovery, 6 moderate disabled, 4 severely disabled, l vegetable, and 12 died. Conclusion Surgical approaches to treat TIVH rely on changes of CT scan. Injection of urokinase into ventricles, if necessary, can produce a good curative effect.更多还原
