日本沼虾和秀丽白虾耗氧率的比较
Comparision on the Oxygen Consumption between Macrobrachium nipponensis and Exopalaemon modestus
【摘要】 在水温20 0~22 0℃时,对秀丽白虾(平均1 58g/尾)和日本沼虾(平均1 98g/尾)的耗氧率和窒息点进行了测定和比较。结果表明:两种虾的耗氧率均具有昼夜节律性,耗氧高峰在中午12:00,低谷约在凌晨2:00;同一时刻日本沼虾的耗氧率略高于秀丽白虾,但秀丽白虾的窒息点(2 36mg/L)高于日本沼虾(2 05mg/L)。
【Abstract】 Oxygen consumptioon Rate(OCR) and Asphyxiation Point(AP) of Macrobrachium nipponensis (averaged body weight198 g) and Exopalaemon modestus (averaged body weight158 g)are tested when the water temperature ranges from 200~220 ℃The results show that the OCR of both kinds of sprawns have regularly daily fluctuation.The OCR is the highest at 12∶00 noon,the lowest at 2∶00 night.The OCR of Macrobrachium nipponensis is higher than that of Exopalaemon modestus,but the AP of of Exopalaemon modestus(236 mg/L)is higher than that of Macrobrachium nipponensis(205 mg/L)
