位置敏感传感器PSD在磁悬浮装置中的应用
An Application of PSD in a Magnetic Levitation Device
【摘要】 探讨了非接触式光电位移传感器PSD新的应用方法 ,发射光源和PSD接收光靶相对固定安装 ,被悬浮体悬浮在两者之间 ,其位移变化由球体遮挡光源光斑的大小而检测。讨论了由实时模拟计算芯片AD5 38构成的光电传感器前置放大电路的基本结构和工作原理。并在磁悬浮装置中进行了实验 ,结果表明 ,传感器的精度和快速性均达到了磁悬浮系统的要求。
【Abstract】 A non-contact photoelectric displacement sensor——one dimension position sensitive detector (PSD) in a magnetic levitation device has been constructed and tested. A laser and the PSD are fixed and mounted faced each other. The irradiated and the shadow area detect the levitated object’s position. The construction and the operating principle of its signal processing circuit based on the Real-Time Analog Computational chip AD538 are discussed. A type of the experiment of applying the sensor in the Magnetic levitation device was mentioned and some test results describing the characteristic of the sensor were also presented. This successful levitation should attribute to the precision and the fast speed of the sensor.
