【摘要】 以“三个代表”重要思想为指导,探索了党风廉政建设和反腐败工作的规律,对建立“标本兼治、综合治理”有效机制进行了阐述。

【Abstract】 This article probes the work pattern of strengthening the party’s style and building clean government under the guidance of the important thought "Three represents" and calls to set up one effective mechanism addressingboth the symptoms and root and comprehensive improvement on governing inside and outside.
