【摘要】 目的　观察艾灸对实验性RA大鼠足跖肿胀度和滑膜组织Caspase - 3表达的影响。 方法　4 0只大鼠随机分为 4组 ,除空白组外 ,均用弗氏完全佐剂造模 ,麦粒灸RA大鼠“肾俞”、“足三里” ,检测滑膜组织Caspase - 3表达。 结果　造模后实验动物Caspase - 3表达增强 (P <0 . 0 1) ,经艾灸治疗后 ,足跖肿胀度降低 (P <0 . 0 1) ,Caspase - 3较模型组增加 (P <0 . 0 1)。 结论　艾灸治疗可增强局部组织中Caspase - 3的表达 ,提示艾灸可能通过促进局部组织炎性细胞的凋亡 ,抑制局部组织的增生 ,以减轻局部组织的炎症、水肿等症状更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the changes of joint swelling and the expression of Caspase-3 of experimental rheumatoid arthristis (RA) rat after moxibustion. Methods:Dividing 40 rats into 4 groups. Treating the ’shenshu’, ’zusanli’ of RA rats with moxibustion. Observing swelling degrees of rat foot-soles and the expression of Caspase-3 in synovial tissues of lesion joints.Result:The expression of Caspase-3 in model rats arise (P<0.01), after treatment with moxibustion, swelling degree of rat foot-soles reduces obviously and the expression of Caspase-3 advances obviously (P<0.01). Conclusion:Moxibustion can advance the expression of Caspase-3 in synovial tissues of lesion joints to improve the apoptosis and inflammation and relieve local inflammatory reaction and edema更多还原
