【摘要】 目的 :探讨一种新的手术方式 ,即经腹小切口筋膜内全子宫切除术。方法 :回顾分析我院 2 0 0 1年1— 8月实施全子宫切除术患者的临床资料。研究组 48例为经腹小切口筋膜内全子宫切除术 ,对照组 5 3例为经典子宫全切术。结果 :研究组切口长度、手术时间、术后住院时间均小于对照组 ,统计学处理具有极显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,且不增高术中出血及术后病率。结论 :经腹小切口筋膜内全子宫切除术是一种较为优越的手术方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore a new method--intrafascial complete hysterectomy with minimally abdominal incision.Methods:Clinical data of the cases treated with total hysterectomy in the hospital from January to August in 2001,was reviewed and analyzed.The experimental group consisting of 48 cases were treated with intrafascial complete hysterectomy with minimally abdominal incision,whereas 53 cases in control group were treated with traditional total hysterectomy.Results:Length of incision,duration of operation and post operative in hospital days in the experimental group decreased,with significant differences between the two groups ( P <0 01).Furthermore,the amount of bleeding during operation and post operative morbidity did not increased in comparison with those in the control.Conclusion:Intrafascial complete hysterectomy with minimally abdominal incision is better than traditional one.更多还原
