【摘要】 目的 :探讨拉坦前列素 ( latanoprost)和噻吗心安对高眼压性青光眼患者眼内压的相加性影响。方法 :将 2 0例病人随机分为 A、B两组 ,每组 1 0例。A组病人给予拉坦前列素 ,B组病人给予噻吗心安 ,每日 2次 ,连用 1周。 1周后所有病人两药联用计 1周。结果 :第 1周后拉坦前列素治疗和噻吗心安治疗的眼内压分别降低 ( 9.1± 1 .9) mm Hg(下降 31 % )和 ( 6.1± 1 .7) mm Hg(下降 2 5 % )。两药联用后 A、B两组病人眼内压分别进一步降低 ( 2 .7± 1 .4) mm Hg(下降 1 3% )和 ( 2 .7± 1 .0 ) mm Hg(下降 1 5 % )。接受拉坦前列素的患者仅有短暂的轻度充血。结论 :拉坦前列素和噻吗心安联用安全有效 ,即使眼内压在 2 0 mm Hg以下也可发挥相加作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the additive effect of latanoprost and timolol in patients with high tension glaucoma.Methods:Twenty patients were randomly divided into two groups,group A( n =10) and group B ( n =10).Group A was given latanoprost and group B was given timolol,twice daily for one week.After one week all patients were given both latanoprost and timolol.Results:Eyes treated with latanoprost [mean diurnal intraocular pressure (IOP) day 0,28 9±3 5 mmHg] and timolol [mean diurnal IOP day 0, 24 7±2 5 mmHg] showed an IOP reduction of 9 1±1 9 mmHg(31%) and 6 1±1 7 mmHg(25%),respectively after the first week.Adding timolol to the eyes treated with latanoprost as well as latanoprost to the eyes receiving timolol got a further reduction of 2 7±1 4 mmHg(13%) and 2 7±1 0 mmHg (15%),respectively.Only mild transient hyperemia was observed in patients receiving latanoprost.Conclusion:Our results indicate that latanoprost and timolol can be combined effectively and safely and that complete or almost complete additive action is reached even at pressure levels below 20 mmHg.更多还原
