【摘要】 目的 :探讨手工吻合在超低位结直肠吻合手术中的可行性。方法 :回顾分析自 1 999年 1月以来 4年间治疗低位直肠癌 ,应用手工吻合行超低位结直肠吻合术 1 4例的临床资料。结果 :本组 1 4例 ,下切线病理均未见癌细胞残留 ,术后吻合口漏 1 ( 7.1 %)例 ,吻合口狭窄 1 ( 7.1 %)例 ,刀口液化 2 ( 1 4.3)例 ,无手术死亡。结论 :手工超低位吻合保肛术可做为低位直肠癌保肛手术的一种安全可靠方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the feasibility of sutured lower colorectal anastomosis in patients with low rectal cancer.Methods:From January 1997 to today,14 patients with low rectal cancer were treated by anus saving operations with sutured lower colorectal anastomosis .The distance between the anal verge and the lower margin of the tumor was less than 7 cm in all cases.Results:There was no operative death.Postoperative anastomotic fistula occurred in 1 patient (7.1%,1/14),anastomotic stenosis in 1 patient (7.1%,1/14) and wound liquefaction in 2 patients (14.3%,2/14).Conclusion:Anus saving operation with sutured lower colorectal anastomosis provided a safe alternative for the treatment of low rectal cancer.更多还原
