【摘要】 目的 :探讨带锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折不愈合及再骨折的疗效。方法 :选择股骨干骨折术后骨折不愈合的患者 6例及再骨折的患者 5例 ,行切开复位带锁髓内钉内固定加植骨术。其中 3例骨缺损较重者 ,术后给予自体骨髓移植 3～ 5次。结果 :随访 1～ 3年 ,全部病例获骨性愈合 ,无感染及断钉等并发症。膝关节功能恢复根据 Klemm分级标准 ,优 9例 ,良 2例。结论 :带锁髓内钉固定牢固可靠 ,有利于骨折愈合及关节活动 ,是治疗股骨干骨折术后骨不连及再骨折的有效方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of intramedullary interlocking nail on nonunion and refracture of femoral shaft.Methods:Open diaplasis and internal fixation with intramedullary interlocking nail and ilium grafting were applied to 6 cases of femoral shaft fracture with nonunion and 5 cases with refracture.Three serious cases accepted automarrow grafting 3-5 times in total.Results:All cases were knitting after operation.No complications happened such as infection and locking screw broken.Nine cases were excellent,2 cases good in the function of joint qualified by Klemm standards.Conclusion:Intramedullary interlocking nail is an effective method for treating femoral shaft fracture with nonunion and refracture and it can get satisfied effects and benefit to union of fracture and movement of joint.更多还原
