【摘要】 目的 :通过检测有机磷农药中毒患者的心肌酶谱了解有机磷农药中毒对心脏的损害。方法 :采用速率法检测 5 3例有机磷农药中毒患者心肌酶谱 ,包括谷草转氨酶 ( AST)、乳酸脱氢酶 ( LDH)、肌酸磷酸激酶 ( CPK)和肌酸磷酸激酶的同工酶 ( CPK- MB)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶 ( HBDH) ,同时随机抽取 41例无心血管疾病患者采用速率法检测其血清心肌酶谱作为对照。结果 :有机磷农药中毒患者心肌酶谱与对照组相比较均有升高 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :不同程度的有机磷农药中毒引起不同程度的心肌损害 ,中毒越深 ,心肌损害越严重更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The myocardium damage caused by AOPP was observed by enzymogram of myocardium.Methods:Fifty three hospitalized patients (1998.4-2000.3) had their vein blood drawn for determinating enzymogram of myocardium that included AST,LDH,CPK,CK MB,and HBDH.The bloods of forty one patients with no vascular disease was drawn as control.Results:The patients with AOPP had higher enzymogram of myocardium than control group.Conclusion:The damage of AOPP to myocardium varied with the severity of poisoning.更多还原
