【摘要】 1-MCP是一种乙烯受体抑制剂,对果实成熟起着明显的抑制作用。在阐述影响1-MCP效应的因素和1-MCP对香蕉、梨和苹果影响的同时进一步调查了1-MCP在果实贮藏中起的作用。

【Abstract】 methycyclopropene was a kind of antagonist of ethylene receptor. It had obriously inhibition to the mature fruits. The article mainly formulated the factors that affected the effect of 1-MCP and the effect of 1-MCP to banana, apple and pear, in order to provide the reference for the application of 1-MCP in the fruits preservation.
