【摘要】 对影响红地球葡萄贮运保鲜的采前因素、采收及采后因素、预冷调控技术及保鲜技术等,进行了分析并提出具体的解决方法。

【Abstract】 The paper analysed main factions on preharvst,harvest and postharvest,and cold-pretreatment adjust that effect of storage and transport on Red Globe gr ape.And the interrelated meants put forward.
