【摘要】 目的 :分析某些因素对男性不育者精子顶体酶活性的影响。方法 :分光光度比色法检测3767例男性不育者精子顶体酶活性。结果 :精液液化时间延长组、p H值降低组、白细胞数 >5个 /HP组的精子顶体酶活性均显著低于其相应对照组 ( P<0 .0 0 1 ,P<0 .0 0 1 ,P<0 .0 5 )。顶体酶活性与支原体感染和精浆 As Ab无关 ( P>0 .0 5 ,P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :精液液化时间、p H值和白细胞数影响顶体酶活性 ,精液支原体感染和精浆 As Ab对顶体酶活性无影响更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:In order to study the influence factor of the sperm acrosin activity. Methods:The sperm acrosin activities in 3 767 male infertiles were determined and the influence factors were analyzed. Results:There was a significant difference in normal semen liquefied duration, pH and white blood cells (WBC) under microscope ( P <0.001, P <0.001, P <0.05). The comparison between U.urealyticum negative group and U.urealyticum positive group showed that the acrosin activity was not significant difference ( P >0.05). The comparison between AsAb positive group and AsAb negative group showed the acrosin activity was not significant difference ( P >0.05).Conclusion:Semen liquefied duration, pH and WBC could affect acrosin activity. U.urealyticum infection in semen and AsAb in seminal plasma could not affect acrosin activity. [更多还原
