碳织物复合材料力学性能研究
STUDY ON MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF CARBON FABRIC COMPOSITES
【摘要】 本文研究了织物编织类型及树脂含量对碳织物复合材料力学性能的影响。试验结果证明 ,平纹织物复合材料的力学性能最低 ,缎纹织物复合材料的力学性能最高 ;当树脂含量为wt42~ 45 %时 ,碳织物复合材料的拉伸、压缩性能最佳。
【Abstract】 The effect of resin content and weaving type of the fabrics on mechanical properties of carbon fabric reinforced composites was studied.Experiment results indicated that the properties of the plain fabric composites were inferior and the properties of the satin fabric composites were superior.When the resin weight content was 42~45%, the properties were excellent.
