对普通高校大学生艺术团建设的几点思考

【摘要】 作者就普通高校的大学生艺术团及艺术教育的有关问题进行了分析和讨论。特别是就课程设置、管理体制、首席艺术指导教师岗位的设置等问题提出了一些看法。

【Abstract】 The paper discusses some problems in the organization of the university art groups and the related education It puts for-ward several points on the setting of curriculums,management,setting of the post for the chief art supervisor.
