【摘要】 随着国内医疗改革的进行 ,社区医院的规模有了很大发展 ,社区医院和基层诊所对医疗信息系统在伸缩性 (scalability) ,可维护性 (maintainability) ,和可靠性 (reliability)等方面提出了更高的要求。CHAIS(CommunityHealthcareAutomationInformationSystem)是利用COM +服务开发的一个社区医疗信息系统 ,它在系统可维护性 ,可重用性 ,稳定性和性能等方面 ,对比采用C/S或是B/S结构的医疗信息系统 ,有了很大的提高和改善。本文介绍了CHAIS的系统结构 ,讨论了实现系统所采用的技术。实验室环境下测试结果说明了CHAIS的上述特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the progress of medical reform in China, community hospitals develop very rapidly. Community clinics depend heavily on HIS(Healthcare Information System)with more requirements of scalability, maintainability, and reliability. CHAIS, a Community Healthcare Automation Information System based on COM+ service, improves a lot in respect of maintainability, reusability, stability and performance when compared with traditional ones based on B/S or C/S model. In this paper are introduced the system architecture of the CHAIS, and discussions of the technology used to implement the system as well. Experimental results are provided, which show the characteristics of the above mentioned CHAIS.更多还原
