国产大型空分装置操作仿真系统的开发研究
The Operation Simulation System for Homemade Large-scale Air Separation Unit
【摘要】 介绍了空分装置计算机操作仿真系统。该系统能够实现空分装置正常运行状态和空分启动过程的操作仿真 ,配合完整的操作画面 ,可以实现与现场相同的操作过程。系统采用模块化的设计思路 ,核心计算程序使用Fortran5 0语言开发 ,控制与界面程序使用Fix软件开发 ,通过边界模块进行通讯。该系统可实现空分装置的节能与优化的仿真实验和仿真操作 ,从而为实施空分装置的优化运行提供技术支持。
【Abstract】 An operation simulation system (OSS) for the air separation unit (ASU) is presented. The system includes the normal operation simulation and start-up simulation. The simulating process and its result are exactly same as those of a real operation of the ASU. The key computation program is developed in Fortran 5.0. The interface and control programs are in Fix software. The communication between the two programs is achieved by boundary module programs. By using the OSS, the conserve energy as well the optimum simulation test and operation of an ASU will be a strong technical support for realizing the air separation system’s optimum operation.
