β沸石酸改性对结构和催化活性影响的研究
The effect of dealumination of β zeolite with HCl on its structure and catalytic activity
【摘要】 利用红外光谱和正丁胺滴定相结合 ,研究了Hβ沸石的盐酸脱铝过程。红外光谱的结果表明 ,稀盐酸溶液主要脱除非骨架铝和过渡态铝 ,浓盐酸溶液还可以脱除Hβ沸石的骨架铝。正丁胺滴定的结果发现酸洗Hβ沸石的总酸量在一定范围内与盐酸浓度呈线性关系 ,由此可计算Hβ沸石中的骨架铝和非骨架铝含量 ,以及酸脱铝Hβ沸石中酸量按强度的变化状况。为考察盐酸脱铝Hβ沸石的催化性能 ,文中还用脉冲微反技术讨论了脱铝过程对邻二甲苯异构化反应性能的影响。结果发现催化反应活性最大值点对应的盐酸浓度约为 0 0 4mol/L。
【Abstract】 Hβ zeolite and β samples dealuminated with HCl solution were investigated by IR and titration with n butylamine. It can be proved from IR that non framework Al and intermediate Al are mainly eliminated by diluted HCl, and in addition, framework Al of H β zeolite can also be eliminated by HCl in higher concentration. The results of titration with n butylamine show that the total amount of surface acidity of H β zeolite decreases lineally with the increase in concentration of HCl in some extent, from which the content of framework Al and non framework Al can be calculated and the dependence of acidity amount in dealuminated H β zeolite on its acid strength can be determined. In order to test the catalytic activity of H β zeolite dealuminated with HCl, the effect of the dealumination process on the reaction activity of o xylene isomerisation was also investigated by a micropulse reaction. It is found that the catalytic activity has the maximum value when the corresponding concentration of HCl approximates to 0 04?mol/L.
