【摘要】 本文主要研究了MPEG - 2多节目系统复用的问题。对多路节目的复用 ,在图像通信领域 ,可采用两种编码方式 :独立编码和联合编码。在独立编码中介绍了帧平移算法和基于宏块条的互相关算法 ;对于联合编码 ,本文介绍了一种利用超帧概念的基于率失真理论的联合码率控制策略 ,同时阐述TM 5码率控制原理。最后得出结论 ,独立编码中重建图像存在显著差异 ,联合码率控制可以改善此缺陷 ,可节省频带资源 ,但仍需要进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, MPEG-2 multi-program system multiplexing is studied. In multi-program transmission environment,there are two ways of transcoding: independent or joint transcoding. For independent transcoding of MPEG-2 VBR video,frame shift and algorithm based on correlation of slice are proposed;For joint transcoding, we introduce the joint rate control strategy based on the rate distortion, which uses the concept of superframe. At the same time, the principle of TM5 rate control is explained. And the last part concludes this paper.更多还原
