某重型车辆联合制动的仿真研究
The Simulation Research of Blend Brake System on Some Heavy Vehicle
【摘要】 分析了某重型履带车辆的制动系统,提出增加液力制动的必要性,重点研究了该型车的液机联合制动.仿真结果表明,该型车目前的传动系统仅适用于有限联合,但制动力不能平稳过渡.提出了该型车传动系统的改进方案,并进行了制动性能的仿真分析,结果表明该车的制动性能得到了根本的改善.
【Abstract】 Blend brake is the trend of the braking system of the tank in China. The mobility of tank is guaranteed by the favorable performance of braking system. In this paper,the braking system of some heavy tank is analyzed thus the necessity of adding hydraulic brake is put forward. The research on the blend brake of some tank is mainly done. The results show that only the limited blend brake can be used for the powershift system of the tank and the brake force is uneven. The braking performance of the tank that is thoroughly improved can only be achieved by altering the powershift transmission.The way of alteration is given out in the paper and the vehicle’s braking performance is remarkably improved.
