宝钢1550CAL平整机板形控制技术的研究

【摘要】 文章以宝钢 1 5 5 0CAL平整机为例 ,通过理论推导与现场实际相结合 ,建立了一套分析VC轧机板形控制的数学模型 ,并采用现场实测资料 ,模拟出在不同弯辊力和VC辊内部油压的作用下轧制时带材的前张力横向分布情况。

【Abstract】 In this paper,regarding Baosteel 1550CAL planishing mill as an example,a mathematical model for analyzing shape control of VC roll is built by combining theoretical derivation with field actual case.Transverse distribution of front tension in rolling at different bending force and oil pressure of VC roll is simulated by using field actual measured data.
