【摘要】 目的 :探讨男性原发性高血压患者血清性腺激素的水平。方法 :用放射免疫法测定 5 0例男性原发性高血压患者和 4 0名健康男性的血清雄激素 (T)、雌二醇 (E2 )、孕激素 (P)水平。结果 :男性原发性高血压患者血清T、E2 与P水平明显低于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :性激素的异常可能与原发性高血压的发病有一定的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the level of sex hormones in male patients with hypertension.Methods:By means of radioimmunoassay,we measured the serum estradiol(E\-2),testosterorn(T) and progesterone(P) levels in 50 hypertensive men and 40 normotensive men.Results:The men with essential hypertention had significantly lower serum T,E\-2 and P level than the control( P <0.001).Conclusions:Abnormality of sex hormones may be related to essential hypertension.更多还原
