运动对机体免疫机能的影响及其调节机制

【摘要】 运动作为一种应激,可以引起机体免疫机能发生变化,这些变化受多种因素的影响。本文将着重阐述目前关于运动对机体免疫的影响及其免疫调节机制的研究概况。

【Abstract】 Physical exercise as stress can result in the changes of the body’s immune function.These changes are affected by various of facts.The review mainly summarized the researches up to now about effects of ex-ercise on body’s immune function and its modulation mechanics.
