【Abstract】 The problem of intellectuals is of vital importance to the china’ s revolution and Construction. Deng Xiao Ping consistently paid attention to it. Especially, after the cultural revolution, many times he published important talks and indications, and made lots of scientific judgements about the problem of intellectuals.
