【摘要】 本试验以不同比例的玉米芯和棉籽壳栽培鸡腿蘑 ,观察菌丝生长情况和出菇产量。结果表明 :以培养料中含棉籽壳 60 %、玉米芯 2 0 % (A组 )效果最好 ,产量的方差分析表明各组间的差异达极显著水平 (p <0 .0 1 )。A组还能降低生产成本 ,提高经济效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this test the cultivation of Coprinus comatus with corncob and cotton seed hulls was conducted, mycelial growth and the yield of fresh fruitbody were observed. The result showed that the compost with 60% cotton seed hulls and 20% corncob(Group A) was the best, the yield difference between tested groups was very significant. Group A could make higher yields and better economic effects with lower costs.更多还原
