【摘要】 目的　探讨艾滋病病毒 (HIV)感染者 /艾滋病 (AIDS)患者临床症状和机会性感染与CD+ 4 细胞数之间的关系。方法　对 2 2例HIV感染者 /AIDS患者CD+ 4 、CD+ 8进行了 3 6例次的检测。结果　CD+ 4 >2 0 0个 / μL时 ,共发生机会性感染 3人次 ( 3 3 .3 % ) ,CD+ 4 <2 0 0个 / μL时 ,共发生机会性感染 2 0人次 ( 95 .8% ) ,CD+ 4 <10 0个 / μL时 ,共发生机会性感染 2人次 ( 10 0 % )。结论　HIV感染者 /AIDS患者在CD+ 4 >2 0 0个 / μL时 ,机会性感染的发生较少 ,CD+ 4 <2 0 0个 /μL时 ,机会性感染的发生率明显增加

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the change of CD + 4lymphocyte count in relation with HIV/AIDS clinical symptoms and opportunistic(OIS).Methods To detect CD + 4 and CD + 8 of 36 times in 20 cases with HIV/AIDS.Results As to the OIS incidence,3 episodes were recorded in the cases with CD + 4>200/μl(33.3%),while 20episodes were found in the cases with CD + 4<200/μl(95.8%),2 episodes of OIS were recorded in those with CD + 4<100/μl.Conclusion Very few OIS occurred in patients with CD + 4>200/μl,and the incidenceof OIS will increase significantly in patients with CD + 4<200/μl.
