桑下胚轴愈伤组织诱导分化的研究

【摘要】 通过对桑树下胚轴组织培养过程愈伤组织诱导、分化的研究 ,建立了桑树经愈伤组织形成不定芽的再生体系 ,确定了各个培养过程中适宜的培养基培配方。

【Abstract】 Formation of adventitious bud from callus derived from the hypocotyls of mulberry was completed. The optimum medium of dedifferentiation and adventitious bud formation were confirmed.
