【Abstract】 The crude polysaccharide was extracted from Laminaria japonica with hot water and further purification steps that were done through chromatography on DEAE-Cellulose 52 and Superdex 200 column were used to obtain a fraction named LJ-S-a.The fraction was proved to be homogeneous.Its molecular weight was estimated to be 6.8×104 by FPLC. GC analysis indicated that LJ-S-a was composed of Rha ,Glc and Gal in the molar ratio of 4.30∶1.00∶1.88.更多还原
