恢复型玉米雄性不育化杂交种ST501选育及配套技术研究

【摘要】 泰安市农科所通过体细胞培养产生雄性不育变异 ,经田间纯合选择 ,选育出优良雄性不育系ST0 2 9及其保持系 ;通过测交筛选 ,选育出对ST0 2 9具有强恢复性的优良恢复系恢 3 19。组配成强优势恢复型玉米杂交种ST5 0 1,其F1 代自然恢复株率达到96%以上 ,散粉结实正常 ,可以直接应用于生产。经 3a试验 ,比同型可育系增产 6.2 % ,并总结出其三系配套种子生产技术体系

【Abstract】 The method of somatic cell culture was used for the male sterility variation, and then the homozygous materials were obtained through selection in the field, at last the good male sterile lines ST?029 and its maintaine line were bred. And a good resoring line Hui319 which had good restoring ability to ST?029 was bred by the test-cross. And restoring-type hybrids ST501 with strong heterosis were combined, the restoring percentage of F 1 generation was more than 96%, and the pollination and the seed setting was normal, so it can be used in corn production. After three years experiment, it increased yield of 6.2% more than the same type fertile lines.
