【摘要】 文章从三方面阐述了大学生就业时,应具备健康的心理和各方面能力,并把两者有效结合起来,取得择业的成功。

【Abstract】 The article,from three aspects,explains that the university students should have the healthy mental state with various ability during their employment and puts them together to obtain the success.
