【摘要】 本文介绍了我国管理心理学的研究状况,其中包括管理心理学起源研究,中国传统文化中管理思想的研究,西方管理心理学理论发展及学科流派的译介工作,管理心理学本土化面临的困境。在此基础上作者通过分析比较不同研究者的观点,提出了管理心理学学科理论本土化的研究方法,以及研究领域的拓展,对学科的发展前景进行了展望。更多还原
