外资并购国有企业的趋势及对策分析
The Trend and Cou ntermeasures Analysis of the Merger and Purchase to Our Enterprises by Foreign I nvestors
【摘要】 外资并购控股国有企业已成为外商对华直接投资的新趋势。本文分析了外资并购控股国有企业的发展趋势,并为今后我们应如何应对这一趋势提出了相应的对策。
【Abstract】 It has become a new foreign direct investing trend in China that the foreign investors merger and purchase our state-owned enterprises. The pap er analyses the trend of this problem, and puts forward some countermeasures aga inst this problem.
