高校学生管理中的法律思考

【摘要】 高等教育中的学生管理影响到高等教育社会目的的实现 ,本文从依法律治教的角度分析了我国高校学生管理的法律依据及其体系、高校办学自主权和高校学生管理行为的性质、学生管理存在的问题 ,提出完善高校学生管理法律法规的途径

【Abstract】 The college student management plays an important part in higher education. This essay analyzes the legal basis for the college student management, some problems in student management and so on. The author advances two approaches to perfect legal system of the student management.
