【Abstract】 The dimensional precision and standard of plastic product and differece between plastic shrinking featured value and shrinkage were described. Factors influencing dimensional precision of plastic products and its control methods were discussed in the fields of plastic shrinking feature, mould design and manufacture, molding process and equipment. It was also pointed out that in order to improve the dimensional precision of plastic products, choice of materials was the prerequisite, and mould was the key factor, the molding process and equipment were the insurance. The application examples and conditions of precise injection molding condition were simply introduced.更多还原
