硫在稀土孕育灰铸铁中的作用的试验与探讨
Study the Effect of Sulfur on Gray Iron Treated with RE Inoculant
【摘要】 研究 1# RE和FeSi75两种孕育剂在不同含硫量的原铁液中的孕育作用 ,结果表明 ,在高含硫量的原铁液中 ,1# RE的孕育效果优于FeSi75 ,高低硫量的界限值为 0 .0 3 5 % ;从理论上作出了解释 ,最后定性讨论了稀土孕育量与原铁液硫量的关系以及稀土孕育剂加入量 ,对原铁液硫量的敏感性
【Abstract】 We research the effect of 1 # RE and FeSi75 as inoculants on melten iron with two grades of S contents. The result demonstrates that the 1 # RE is more effective than FeSi75 as inoculant to higher S content irons. A lowest critical S content about 0.035% is revealed for 1 # RE. Then a reasonable interpreation of RE inoculation mechanism is given. In the end, we discuss the relationship between the amount of RE inoculant and S content, and indicate that RE inoculating is sensitivity to S content.
