承德低品位钙基膨润土制备高效活性白土的工艺研究

【摘要】 以河北承德产低品位钙基膨润土为原料 ,直接用于制备活性白土 ,成功地制备了脱色率大于 99% ,活性度为 2 18,过滤速度达 2 7 3ml/min的高效活性白土 ,并对影响活性白土质量的条件进行了探讨。

【Abstract】 The activated bleachingearth was prepared with low level Ca bentonite obtained from Chengde.A series of tests were conducted to determine the technical conditions and a high quality product was gained.
