粘脂饮的质量稳定性及临床疗效

【摘要】 目的:考察纯中药制剂“粘脂饮” 袋泡剂质量及其临床疗效。方法:根据处方法对主要药味进行理化鉴别、薄层色谱鉴别及卫生学检查等,考察了制剂的稳定性;根据“中医病症诊断疗效标准”,考察了305例患者并进行分析。结果:该制剂质量稳定、可控、安全、可靠。结论:粘脂饮为治疗高粘、高血脂症:安全、有效、稳定、可技、方便的纯中药制剂,且对高血压、冠心病、中风等老年病有辅助治疗和预防作用,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observed the quality and clinical curative effect of Nian Zhi Yin composited by pure Traditional Chinese Drugs (TCD). Methods: Stabi lization of main drugs was observed through physicochemical identification, thin layer chromatograph identification and hygienic examination et al. 305 cases were observed and analyzed according to"Diagnosis and Curative Effect Standard of TCM’ s Disease and Syndrome . Results: This pharmaceutics quality was stable, contralled, safe and reliable. Conclusion:Nian Zhi Yin was a pur TCD pharma ceutics that was effective to hyperviscosity and hyperlipemia.
