胎儿发育受限母血、脐血TNF-α水平的研究

【摘要】 目的 探讨在胎儿发育受限 (FGR)母血、脐血肿瘤坏死因子 -α(TNF -α)水平的变化 ,分析TNF -α是否与FGR的发生有关。方法 放射免疫分析法 (RIA)测定足月正常体重儿 (对照组 ) 2 5例 ,FGR组 2 0例 ,巨大儿组 16例母血、脐血TNF -α浓度。结果 FGR组母血、脐血TNF -α浓度与对照组、巨大儿组比较均明显增高 (P<0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ,巨大儿组各值均低于对照组 ,但差别无显著性 (P均 >0 .0 5 )。结论 TNF -α作为一种重要的细胞因子可能在FGR的发病中起一定作用

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of Tumor Necrosis Factor-α(TNF-α)level in maternal and cord blood with Fetal Growth Retardation (FGR).Methods 25 cases with term normal birth weight and 20 cases with FGR and 16 cases with fetal macrosomatia were examined . TNF-α concentrations in maternal and cord blood were determined by radioimmunoassay.Results Compared to the control and macrosomatia groups, TNF-α concentrations in maternal and cord blood of FGR group both increased significantly(P<0.05,P<0.01). Above items in macrosomatia group were both lower than the control, but there were no significant differences (P>0.05 for all).Conclusions TNF-α as a kind of important cytokines may have an effect on the pathogenesis of FGR.
